Yes, even some fruits and vegetables like tomatoes can cause problems for some people with such painful headaches.
So if you have a history of migraines and know which types of food can trigger them, or if they just seem like giving your headaches upon eating, then you better not only recognize what those migraine triggers are – but also try avoiding these foods.
